These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 5gjili ("5gjili," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 5gjili website located at 5gjili.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the 5gjili Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

5gjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of any updates.

Access to and participation in 5gjili's gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the offering, use, or participation in online gaming is unlawful;

• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 5gjili or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.

5gjili may request verification documents at any stage of a player's lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, during a security review, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All submitted documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information at the time of registration, and to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 5gjili at any given time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5gjili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and withhold bonus funds in such cases.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 5gjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You agree to notify 5gjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed authorized by you.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Your account name must match the name on your government-issued identification documents. 5gjili will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the name registered on your 5gjili account. Any discrepancies must be resolved with our customer support team before withdrawals can be processed.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination;
• You must notify 5gjili promptly of any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details;
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted;
• 5gjili reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration.

5gjili supports a wide range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page;
• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are typically credited instantly;
• 5gjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges;
• Deposits made in error or to the wrong account cannot be reversed once processed — contact support immediately if an error occurs.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts bearing the same name as your registered 5gjili account;
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete enhanced identity verification (KYC);
• 5gjili reserves the right to impose a review period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawals that trigger security or compliance checks;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• 5gjili reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used on the Platform.

5gjili offers a variety of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Abuse: 5gjili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of betting software, and coordinated play among multiple accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have winnings voided and may be permanently closed;
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. 5gjili is not obligated to remind players of approaching expiry dates;
• Modification or Withdrawal: 5gjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This shall not affect any promotion you have already commenced, subject to meeting all applicable terms.

All games available on the 5gjili Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information section.

• Game results are final and binding once a round is completed and confirmed by the Platform;
• In the event of a game malfunction, glitch, or disconnection, 5gjili's decision on the outcome shall be final;
• Collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited;
• 5gjili reserves the right to void bets and winnings derived from any game error, software fault, or human error;

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the 5gjili Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or networks of 5gjili without authorization;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not explicitly authorized by 5gjili;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may violate anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 5gjili software;
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward 5gjili staff or other players;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content available on the 5gjili Platform — including but not limited to the 5gjili brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of 5gjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 5gjili.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by 5gjili without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5gjili, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption of service or platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service interruptions;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The 5gjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. 5gjili's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5gjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution;
• A player's own request to close their account or self-exclude;
• Compliance with a request from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, all pending bets that cannot be settled will be voided and the applicable stakes returned to your account balance (unless the closure is due to fraud or suspected fraud). Real-money balances remaining in closed accounts (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to you via your last-used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any offsetting claims by 5gjili.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 5gjili customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be actioned within 24 hours of verification.

5gjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact 5gjili customer support and allow a good-faith period of at least thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the dispute informally. 5gjili will use reasonable efforts to address your concern promptly and fairly during this period.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 5gjili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
